Hi, I’m Justina! (mom, board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, and someone who truly gets how heavy life can feel when you're just trying to hold it all together). I began my career in nursing after graduating from St. Luke’s College, where I earned my RN and BSN. I spent eight years working in obstetrics, supporting women and families through some of life’s most vulnerable and transformative moments. I went on to earn my master’s degree in psychiatric nursing from Chamberlain University because I wanted to be the kind of provider I wish more people had access to: someone who listens without judgment, who sees the whole person, and who helps make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface. I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for children, adolescents, and adults navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, mood disorders, and life transitions.
Specializing in psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic clarity, and individualized medication management to help you better understand what you're experiencing, and why. My approach blends clinical expertise with real-world understanding. Whether you're a busy parent, a teen struggling with identity, or someone who feels like they're just surviving instead of thriving, you're not alone here. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore what’s really going on and work collaboratively to create a plan that fits your life, not just your symptoms.
Because I believe in treating the whole person, mind, body, and soul. That includes integrating supportive therapy, medication management, lifestyle tools, and emotional grounding techniques tailored to your unique story.
Healing isn’t linear, but you don’t have to walk it alone.
